1. Definitions

Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by a credit card and or Direct Debit. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
3. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
4. Product Availability
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done via the Post office or any reliable Courier service. Aloelixir UK uses a courier company and customs agencies (for UK/EU mainland) deliveries. Postal Service is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 7 business days. Foreign online orders can take up to 10 business days from day of shipment and UK orders are normally within NEXT DAY to 7 business days..
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond our couriers control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.

Delivery to destinations within UK
All products purchased at euroshoppingplaza.com are delivered within UK are via Post Office or Courier. Orders are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm and delivery time is usually within NEXT DAY to SEVEN (1-7) working days (Does not include weekends or bank holidays).
If the delivery of your order is more urgent, please call us to arrange for a delivery but you will be charged an advance delivery fee depending on your choice of courier service.
**Please note** Large items and items of high value will require a signature upon arrival. If you are unavailable to sign for your order when delivered a card will be left and you can either arrange re-delivery or collect from the local delivery office/depot.
5.3.
Delivery to destinations within Europe
All products purchased at euroshoppingplaza.com are delivered within Europe via Air Mail from our Uk distribution base. Orders are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm (GMT) and delivery time is usually within three to seven working days (not including weekends or local holidays).
5.4.
Delivery to destinations outside the UK and Europe
We deliver products to all other worldwide destinations via standard Airmail. While we do our utmost to make sure products are packaged and labelled correctly, unfortunately we are not able to accept any responsibility or liability for products that go missing or that arrive in a damaged state. Customers requesting orders to be delivered to destinations outside the UK do so at their own risk.

Telephone Line Order
Order over the telephone line incures an additional fee of £1.10. in other words, there is an addition fee of £1.10 charges over an order placed over the telephone line. BUT there is NO additional charges for order placed over the fax line, Internet or by post.

Back Order items
Please feel free to order products indicated as "Back Ordered", but keep in mind that we will not deliver within typical shipping time-frames, nor can we set expectations of delivery time-frames, at time of order.

Out of Stock items and Payment
"OUT OF STOCK" mean Item not available for immediate delivery or NO LONGER available. if Out of stock item become available, it can take up to 21 days for it be delivered. So, please try and find out first before you place order on out of stock items.
Payment of all items purchased via the Paypal Merchant service and HSBC Card Service and or direct debit only. all major Credit cards and debit cards accepted e.g VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Meastro, Solo and more. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address. We also accept payment by Cheque or Money order but order paid by Cheque or Money order will be shipped only after the cheque is fully cleared by the bank
